Refund policy

Receipt of Damaged Items should be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, but should you need to return or exchange an item, we will be happy to accommodate you! Items should be Returned within 14 days of being shipped. We use USPS and their tracking system.

All Returned Items will be inspected upon receipt.  Those items which meet the Return Guidelines should expect to see their Return Posted with-in 24 hours of receipt.  Please allow 5-7 days to see credit posted to your payment method or contact your bank for additional details. If You Return an Item that has been worn, damaged or used, it will be declined for return and the item will be donated.

Those items which fail to meet The Return Guidelines, will not be accepted and will be donated to a local charity.

Holiday Return Policy All items purchased between Nov. 18, 2024-December 24, 2024 can be returned for an In-Store credit by January 6th.  All items that do not meet the requirements for Return, will be donated to a local charity. 

Items returned within 14 days of received shipment date are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. In order to receive a Refund, please meet the following criteria:

  • Merchandise should be returned within 14 calendar days of the purchase for Refund or Exchange.
  • All Merchandise received after 14 days will receive an In-Store Credit on a Gift Card.
  • All merchandise must be returned in New Condition, Not Used. In Original Packaging with all Tags attached.
  • Item should have no odor or damage.
  • Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchase. Coupons Cannot be combined.
  • Special Orders are Non-Returnable.
  • Worn Jewelry or Sunglasses Cannot be Returned.
  • Please send your receipt or a copy of the receipt back with the products you are returning. 
  • Items purchased at a discounted rate of 50% or more are non-returnable. 
  • Please fill out the return form (Download the Return Form here) and send in with merchandise and receipt.
  • We do not offer free-returns; the customer is responsible for return fees.
  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • You may also return the merchandise to the store locally within 14 days.
